Calories / Fats / Carbohydrates / Protein – targets and a plan to follow with education on how to get these right and make habit changes to ensure you are getting the most from your food WHILST still enjoying the foods that you love
Weekly Check In with Coach
via Zoom / Facetime / Phone / Messenger to review progress, make changes, resolve issues and set new goals for each week
